S.T.A.R. Refund/Cancellation
South Texas Associates of Radiology, LLC [STAR] reserves the right to cancel a seminar. In some cases, the seminar may be rescheduled. Cancellation may be due to low registration numbers or the inability of a speaker to attend the seminar due to an Act of God or emergency. STAR will refund the entire registration fees if we cancel the event.
Lateness / Cancellation by Participant
Participants are allowed to miss no more than 10% of a lecture to receive credit for that lecture. (Examples: In a 50 minute lecture, you can’t be more than 5 minutes late; in a 75 minute lecture, you can’t be more than 7.5 minutes late. STAR will no longer be sending text reminders to individuals who have not logged in to webinars for which they are scheduled. No refunds or cancellations are provided or if a participant fails to show on the day of the seminar
Transfer
In lieu of cancelling your registration, the participant may transfer registration fees to another seminar within a 90 day period. This transfer will be done with NO service fees. If this Seminar is a higher priced event, the participant is responsible for the difference. If the second Seminar is a lower priced event, a refund will be given accordingly. No additional transfers will be done if the participant fails to show on that date.
Cancellation notices will be accepted via phone, fax, or email and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines above.
► All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
► Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
